Create an allyship leadership practice.
Let's talk about patriarchy, race, and gender in the workplace.
Let's do it in a way where we as women sit together with what's uncomfortable. Where we turn away from polarization and turn towards discourse.
And let's move towards practice; a toolbox that helps you along your journey of learning, unlearning, and relearning.

Introducing an 8-week online series dedicated to your allyship practice.
This is for women who:
are racialized and white.
have workplace experience and are grappling with patriarchy, gender, and race inequities in the workplace.
are interested in doing the inner work for allyship.
want tools, practices, and a community on their journey.
engage in respectful discourse in tough conversations.
At the end of 8-weeks, you will have a toolbox of resources, practices, stories, and narratives that will help you continue your journey of inner work. You will also gain a community of powerful women.
Sessions are on Fridays. They run for 90 minutes and are not recorded.

Practical work is key here. Each session is designed to get into your own practice and make the content relevant for YOU.
Women access an exclusive online space for resources and information. The cohort will decide if a community space is wanted outside sessions (eg., Slack).
This experience does not require a financial investment from you. What it does require is:
Your commitment to pay it forward by supporting a racialized woman/business however you can – time, money, resources... This may be in the form of mentorship, non-profit volunteer work, making connections for others, or supporting a racialized woman-owned business. We'll be asking you about this before the end of the session.
Your time between sessions to reflect and play with prompts and practices that move your own personal work forward. We suspect up to 2 hours per week will be useful for participants.
